My new true perc has made the obvious decision to host in a deresa clam. There is a twelve inch toadstool a bta and many other things, but its decided it likes my clam....strange

Someone posted a maroon saying it was hosted by an eel, maybe even a Moray, was some time back.
I didn't believe it, but they posted a vid, I'm sure that vid is around here somewhere.
That was weirdest I've seen.

My occelaris clown hosted my heater. Then it got bored and hosted my cyano on my sandbed (i added some fresh gfo today so hopefully no more cyano lol).

^^^^^ Hosted by cyano FTW. lol

unused bulkhead in the floor of a frag tank is my strangest prolly.

Although, an honorable mention is when when the condy that mine had been hosted by for years took a walk, she took to about 8 different corals over the course of a coupel of weeks. Her partner tried to follow the nem around, then to wherever she was, then back to the nem etc.

I picked up a pair this summer who are in a huge conch shell. not really that weird I suppose, but a little different

I've had my pink skunk for almost 2 weeks now and every night as soon as the lights are off Lucy is in the top left corner behind the return from the in tank "sump". Tonight I go to take a look while my food in microwaving and OMG she's gone! She apparently decided to host my return pump:eek2:

But really I think I need to put some eggcrate and/or turn off a return pump with the lights. (it's a toothless overflow).

She did not look too happy about her trip but she's been asleep for 3 hours now. Hopefully she's back to her piggy self tomorrow.

I had a clownfish host a old rio powerhead I had years ago. He lived for years and always stayed near the surface where the powerhead was. Always 6" below the water surface

I've seen clowns host a clam when it was alive and open, risky buisness. I'm sure that picture is around here somewhere.
