Just let it run its course. watch the feeding and get enough corals and or macro algae to compete for the nutrients. do you use RO/DI unit?
You should really get your own RO/DI water. RO water isn't enough, because it does still have a few TDS in it. You really do not know what those few TDS are, so you are better off using a RO/DI system to get 0 TDS water.
How long is your lighting schedule? It should be 8 hours. You can do a 3 day blackout with no lights on at all on the tank. It is very effective at getting rid of cyano.
Also, what are your nitrates and phosphates?

I have a 14 gallon Biocube it has been running for 5 weeks now. 1 clown fish feed him 2 times a day no pellets fall to the ground and I have 4 corals.
Is there any fish or invert that eats it?
