What is the connection with these pumps? confused

Hey there, some of you may have already seen my other thread trying to decide on what pump to buy, but as people started commenting on the pumps and I started looking to them I realized that the description between the Panworld and the Blueline was identical I am a little confused, what is the connection between Panworld pumps, and Blueline pumps? are they both made from a former Iwaki engineer? are they the same pumps? if not which one is better? quieter? runs cooler?

I don't have one, but I read in a thread once from someone that had one that on the label it says both Pan-World and Blueline. Can anyone confirm this?
