What is the deal with getting product?????

I placed an order with Marine Depot in EARLY Janurary for a 6000 and controller. I was told there was a 2 week back order. I was just informed today that the back order extends until 3/31.

what gives? How does one go about getting product?????

I am sorry but their is no other way but to wait. It is unfortunate but the first pumps just arrived last week, the factory shut down for Christmas holidays (2 weeks) and we sold out everything here and got way behind, the factory had sold everything they had made as well so it just takes time to get the product built and shipped. I don't think it will take as long as MD is quoting, they are just being safe, I do expect it will be a couple more weeks though before we start to get caught up.

MD told me the same thing , i did find a few other vendors that have most things in stock for next day shipping, check out some other sponsors
