what is the differences between Profilux II and III ?

not anymore GHL withrew the option due to multiple user breakage issues in not always following the instructions. In north america we set up s service center for this but the policy was global.

can i connect to the profilux II EX from the internet? would i be able to switch off channel via the internet on profilux ii EX ?

i will trying to figure out whether to get the PII or PIII as my wife is at home and also i can remote back to my Windows desktop on the mac using Parallel on my iPad 2 ..

the price is the biggest issue now

I Can tell you from experience the P3 is worth the difference. My only regret in going from P2 to P3 is that I waited so long to do it.

Curious as to the gains from upgrading from a Plus II to a III.....The II already has the lan card installed. What other gains would I see.....Would the upgrade enable me to take full advantage of my Vortech pumps......

No the Vortech module works with either unit.

Being able to utilize the webserver to access and control the unit remotely is worth a LOT to some of us (Me). Also upgrading to a P3 gives you a new unit with full warranty as well as bringing you current with technology.

GHL Direct web site says "Vortech Control Module: This is a PAB controlled device and as such can only be installed on a Porfilux 3 Aquarium Controller."

Would be awesome if that information is wrong!
