what is the ideal turn over needed from the tank to the sump for sps tank?

i am running Ehiem 1260 - 2400l/h as return pump to my tank 4x2x2 ft - 400 l , is that enough ?

i have also running high mode full strength - 2x WP40- each 13000 l/h and 1x WP25 - 8000l/h

3-5 times the tank volume is usually what I shoot for.

if you have a 100g tank you should have 10x the return going in. so 1000ish gph return pump.

try to match your skimmer intake, as long as that get you 3-5 turn over to keep the temp the same between the display and the sump.
