Got two Ricordeas on pieces of rock.
New to the hobby, so not sure what this is, there's a tiny one close to first ricordea, and a big one right under ricordea, I can see it when ricordea lifts itself.
Both of them contract and dissapear as soon as I put my hand in water, of it they detect some movement.

I agree with top shelf, it's a curly-Q anemone. I see lots of them when we snorkel in the Florida Keys. Some online shops even sell them (see KP Aquatics).

Harmless I take it?

More or less. I have a couple in a big paly colony and the palys don't care at all. But with some more delicate corals they can be an issue. They do divide and in the right conditions can be a pest. But IMHO, about 90% of the time they will be OK members of a mixed reef. They do better in 'dirty' tanks and propagate less in reef tanks that run lower nutrient levels.
