what is this algae film doing on the coral ? how to get rid of it ?

It might be Dino. Look at some pictures of Dinoflagellates and see if that is the same thing in your tank.

Looks like dinoflagellates to me.
Do a proper research since they can be very difficult to get rid off.
I'd start with Randy's article.

This is were you notice it the most, but they are throughout your tank, for sure.
Do a proper research, there are no easy fixes for this.

Yep, it is quite difficult to get rid of. I was able to get rid of this in Hydrogen Peroxide, however, you will find different opinions on methods for getting rid of Dino.

I had it before, its really annoying. Got rid of it using Algaefix only after 6th dose and weekly 20% WC... Is it really dino? I thought its some kind cyanobacteria...

are you overdosing your carbon source? using zeo
