What is this fish called?

Well, im looking for a new addition to my tank and i saw this little guy on the cover of the mag and i dont know what its called or how to find it. if anyone has info on this fish starting with the name, compatibility, eating habits, requirements ect. please post.. thank you.

they are very finicky found mainly in southern australia i believe on the SE coasts. I only know a few people in AU who get them and one only gets a couple a month if he is lucky. Last time i checked they were well over a 1000.00 or so. One of the nicest fish i the hobby i think!

most beautiful wrasse ever! my lfs got 3 in shipment but none made it.... they actually weren't going for so too much. would've been some money well spent.
