What is this & how do I treat it?

This is a pic of my Naso Tang. I'm not sure what he has and I know the picture isn't that good. Close up it kinda looks like little tiny white strings. His breathing is a but fast but he is eating ok. And he is the only one in the tank that's visibly sick.

What do you think?

Thanks

Kind of hard to tell from the photo. You might try checking some of the links on lymphocitis to see if the descriptions sound similar.

I googled it and I don't think thats it. I know the picture is poor but what I'm concerned about is the white stuff along his upper side. It's the same on both sides. I could put him into my 190g that just finished cycling (that's where he was going anyway) to get him out of that environment but I'm not sure if that whatever he has will end up in my new tank. Should I move him? I've been waiting and waiting to finally get him into his new home and now he's sick :(

Also I noticed that the same looking stuff is on the glass in some areas. Does that help to tell what I'm dealing with?
