I had a blue Chromis for about two months. It was healthy eating schooling the whole works. Looked into my tank to make sure all was well and noticed one was missing his entire tail. I wished I had taken a picture but I quickly took him out of the tank. The tail had dissolved away so badly I new he could not come back from it. It appeared white in the tank but was brown while examining it out of the water. It appeared it would have crept up his body and finally consumed him. There are no other fish but Chromis and a Yellow Tang in the tank at this time.
