What is this on my Frogspawn?

I noticed this on the top Frogspawn head this morning. I am referring to the small white thing at the base of the upper left head. Any idea what it is?

I do not reconize it, but looking at that head versus the other two, it does not look good? Also are those dead heads in the top of the picture?

No dead heads (4 total). This has been a very healthy, happy coral up until I saw this this morning. Water params are good. I just put recently some Phosphate pellets but phosphates weren't terrible high but that is about it.

cant tell from the picture but it might just be an asterina star?
