What is this on my Longnose Butterfly?

I got a Long nose Butterfly a couple weeks ago and put him into quarantine. He seemed to have a few spots of ich so I have I treated him for that but these two spots are much larger and haven't healed. He has one on his tail fin and one on his pectoral fin. I should also add that he is active and eating extremely well. Bad picture but I will try to get a better one later.

I would like to know as well, since I have a similar issue. The spot on my fish has reduced in size but its still there.

BTW, Does your fish twitch its head?

No twitching or rubbing. Swims and acts as normal as he could in a 20 gallon tank.

This. Lymphocystis is "persistent" visible ich is "transitory".
