What is this on my Monti?

What is this and should I be concerned?
Are the dots-red bugs?

It does look like a flatworm, but double check and make sure it isn't a montipora nudibranch. If you can see if you can extract one for closer examination.

it is really hard to tell from the first left pix. but for te second one for sure though those arent monti nudi

First thing looks kinda like a flatworm, the others are a type of coral barnacle. Not sure of the name. They come with acropora and other hard corals frequently. They're not really harmful to the coral, just a nuisance of sorts if you're really picky. They won't multiply and take over your coral or anything.
