What is this on my yellow tang?

Recently I've noticed these white spots, patches on my yellow tang and I have no idea what it is. I'm familiar with ich and this doesn't quite look like ich. The spots are significantly larger. Also something that's worth noting is that they are really only visible under blue lighting. You don't notice this at all under daylighting.
Any help is appreciated.

Hard to tell. Is it erosion or lost tissue? If so may be HLLE

Sorry for the late response. Honestly I can't tell. He has a bit of an internal parasite and was acting kinda funny before this all happened. Oddly enough as this problem persists, he's acting very healthy now. I just have no clue what this is. Is it possible it could be some sort of scratches from rubbing up accidentally against coral? He has no other symptoms. Breathing is okay, no flashing.

I just read an intersting article about hlle which was saying it's often related to heximita (intestinal parasite) which results in hlle from lack of nutrients. As mentioned before, I know my tang has an internal parasite so maybe this actually is some sort of early hlle. I tried treating him with reef safe NLS hex shield pellets. Only problem is my fish don't eat pellets. I have to figure out a way to get them eating the pellets to get the meds.
