What is this on my Zoa?

I'm assuming that this is some for of algae (the lime green film). What is this caused by? What can I do to rid it?

I have a 72 Bow and I run a Reef Breeders Photon 48 LED.

Hydro peroxide 3% ,,would be my first choice of dip,,use the search feature here to get mix ratio and time duration hydro perox dipping..

How long has the tank been set up for? Do you do regular water changes?
