What is this on yellow tang?

My yellow tang looked perfectly normal yesterday and now today is covered in these black/brown patches and is breathing heavy. It has been staying at the bottom of the tank all day today but is now floating at the top of the tank and turning sideways when it swims. Dont think it is going to make it but i would like to try to help it if i can. It doesnt look like anything so far what other people have said it could be, and another person mentioned "Mycobacteriosis", and it looks a lot like that. I dont have a seperate tank to put the tang in and dont have anywhere to set up a tank to put it in but could this be contagious to my other fish? I need help, never had a sick fish before so I dont really know what to do or what this could be.

Could also be Uronema.

With bacterial infections you don't usually go from "perfectly normal" to that in just a day.

I agree. Very possibly uronema.

I wouldn't be surprised this stuff to show up on other fish. If you don't start using a QT/HT; you will probably be fighting. parasites and disease until it ruins the hobby for you. Long-term success in this hobby seldom works without a quarantine regimen.
