The branchy one on the sand bed lol *put on flame retardant suit*

I think it was somewhat fuzzy in the lfs but under very high light all of the fuzz has retracted. At a reef store someone told me if it's fuzzy then it's easy to keep, so when I saw this at my favorite lfs I just bought it and figured it would do well.

Looks like a montipora digitata.

I doubt that your "high light" is causing the polyps to retract. I would go so far as to say your not pushing more than 150 par which is fine for that coral. I would be surprised if you had more than that.

I bet your water paramaters are out of whack considering the cyano on the sandbend, and the generally dirty looking sandbed. Also, you have almost no flow in your tank, and your acans are nearly closed when they should be wide open.

I would test your water and start implementing some water changes.

Do you have a skimmer? I would put a little powerhead in there as well.
