What is this strange creature?

So this creature was on a piece of LR, and it had small bumps that are pinkish and tan, I initially wondered if it was some sort of mushroom, like ricordia. Then it moved to another spot, and now has these fancy looking tentacles coming out one end.

I know the pic is a little blurry (trying to get a close up) but can you tell me what it is?

I am guessing its a nudibranch, but if its the kind that eats sponge, I need to do something about it pronto.
