What is this stuff?

Hey guys, I'm new here and set up my 30 gallon cube several weeks ago. As I am still new i don't know what a lot of stuff is. Can you help me identify what is above the snail (looks like a sponge?) and to the side and below? (detritus maybe?) I have two percula clowns and a fire shrimp in the tank besides the turbo's. If there is anything else in here please shout it out as I May not be aware of what it is. Thanks!

Basically I'm wondering what's the white stuff above the snail and the tubular stuff to the left and bottom of the snail as well. As I am new, I think I might have a clue but I don't know for sure. Did the picture not show up? This forum looks weird on my phone unless i sign in. Only then will the pic show for me. Maybe the same for other people
