what is this stuff

i was just wondering if anyone could help with a problem i may or may not be having a few months ago i started seeing these things growing all over the place in my 110 and at first i thought they were just feather dusters but its not they are somesortof tube worm i dont know if you can see it in the pic but these things come out of the tube looking like 2 white antenas anywhere from 1 to 8 inches if any one could help me figure out what they are and if they are bad http://reefcentral.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=270373&papass=&sort=1&thecat=500

Im not sure exactly what there called but I have had them in every tank I have set up and never noticed them to be an issue.. Sometimes they will pull the substrate towards them and build a mound, I think there pretty cool..

yeah i have noticed them doing that yeah im just curious because there are so many they are everywhere even on the glass in the back
