Stuck on my wave maker cage. Not sure if it's just something that fell into the tank or a living organism/hitchhiker. Round, kinda green, firm and something sticking out of it. Could be trash but just not sure. I have it in a container. I think there something similar on one of my snails...Looks like a round bubble on that.

The one cool thing about bubble algae is that it's a single cell. And I've seen some as big as a golf ball snorkeling in the Florida Keys.

If you remove it as you find it you prevent it from becoming an unsightly invasive plague. Just siphon it out on water change day anywhere it might be found. If you let it get out of control it can take months to get back on top of it. (ask me how I know this)

I only saw 2...I removed both. Gonna keep my eye out for more.
