What is this type algae?

Grows in clumps. Seems aggressive. Long, dark green. Any suggestions on eliminating?

The pictures are too dark to see the algae. If you could shine a flashlight at it while taking a pic it may help.

Many times you can pull it off in one clump..

Tried pulling it. Didn't seem to want to come off too easy. Phosphates are .02 ppm. This is new. but when it appeared, it seems to grow fast. Getting in the way of my corals. That has my attention. Gonna re-up on a snail population this week.
