yeah it's aptasia.

Depending on how much you have there are a few ways you can get rid of it.

1. If you have a ton, get peppermint shrimp
2. Squirt it with Joes Juice
3. Squirt it with Kalk
4. Squirt it with boiling RO water (but this damages corraline sometimes)

I only have the one so just inject it with boiling water?

Easier way if you can pull that rock out of water. Just remember the spot and put a lighter on that spot for a few seconds.
