Can you get a better shot at its head mabe a close up? Does it have legs like a centipede? if not does it have small things that resemble bristles but are alot smaller and just flesh? Its possible a enuicid worm of some sorts. Does it look like the last picture in this thread?

if it appears to be eating your feather stars, one would assume that you would already have removed it

It's a nemertean or ribbon worm. Your suspicion that it's eating your feather dusters is probably correct.

Try placing a piece of shrimp or clam meat in a small fish net. Place it in the tank and watch at night with a red light. When you see the worm eating the meat, pull the net out.
