What is this?

So I have 2 O. Clown fish in QT, day 5th day now. One of them has internal worm parasites and I have prazipro and metronidazole coming on Thursday. I have been soaking pellets in garlic since day 1. Yesterday they finally started to eat, the pellets. The small one with the parasites ate one pellet and the larger one a 2. Today the larger one is eating very viciously but the smaller one does nothing? How can I get it to eat.

Second question, I am seeing this discolered small "lump" on the larger, more active one. What is it? Sorry, you can't really see it with the IPhone camera.

The link to your pic looks broken so I can't say about the lump. But, you could try feeding brine shrimp or mysis shrimp to entice the one clown to eat. Or if you can get ahold of some live blackworms. I've yet to see a clown refuse to eat that...
