What is this?

so.... what is this? It's not in my display tank, but it is in one of my growout/fry tanks of clownfish. There are four 1/4" clownfish in with it. There is more than just this one.

And a picture of something good to end it The little guy is staring at me.

I'm pretty sure I know what it is, I'm just looking for some confirmation.

Hydroid jellyfish would be my guess.

Def looks like one and almost looks like its moving like one in the second picture, that would be my guess too, but where did it come from???

I was thinking hyrdoid. I've heard of them coming from brine shrimp cysts. That would make sense, especially since I didn't bother decapsulating the eggs a few days ago. I've decapped them ever time but that once.
