It is most definitely a Labrisomid (so it's not a true blenny, but a Blennioid fish), like BTTRFLYGRL said. You can tell by the long row of spinous rays and the location of the cirrhi on the anterior end. Probably L. dendriticus, but it is hard to tell past the genus level. BTW, it is just a juvenile now, but it gets a tad over six inches as an adult, eating mobile inverts and small fish. I would keep an eye out as it grows.
