Any blenny expert can tell me what kind of blenny this is? It's about an inch long. Thanks.

I can't give you a scientific name. I kept one in a thirty reef. He was sold to me as a dragon goby, although there are several fish that go by that common name. He was very criptic. He ate all frozen foods and did not bother shrimps, fish or corals (although with a mouth like that I would be he would eat very small fish and shrimp) He was not very good at competing for food. He will not do well long term in a tank with agressive feeders. He was to shy to target feed.

It is most definitely a Labrisomid (so it's not a true blenny, but a Blennioid fish), like BTTRFLYGRL said. You can tell by the long row of spinous rays and the location of the cirrhi on the anterior end. Probably L. dendriticus, but it is hard to tell past the genus level. BTW, it is just a juvenile now, but it gets a tad over six inches as an adult, eating mobile inverts and small fish. I would keep an eye out as it grows.
