I got this Emperor a while back and it seems to be going down hill.
I think Fin Rot but not sure. I have not seen anything going after it.
It eats Spectrum Thera+ A pellets but nothing else.

I treated it with paraguard about a month ago when I got it. Its now in my display tank. I tried to get it out to treat it some more but so for no luck.

What are your thoughts, dead if I do not get it in QT?

The fin damage for itself could be from someone attacking him. Fish can be sneaky and that you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
What concerns me more are the white blotches on its skin. That could be Brooklynella and frayed fins would fit the symptoms as well.
How does she behave? Is she clamping her fins?

Brooklynella would require treatment with Formalin baths ASAP. Do you have formalin at hand? If not see that you get Formalin MS from a LFS or Amazon - it is one of the chemicals/medications you should have at hand with saltwater fish.

Sadly l do not have any Formalin on hand, does Brooklynella not kill fast? I do not see the skin & slime coat actually slough off the fish that is normal for Brooklynella. I thought the blotches were just stress but who knows.
At this point I am just hoping it lives until I can remove it but so far after 2 days of trying I have not been able to get it out to QT it.

I'm not sure if it is brook. Also it doesn't always kill all fish fast. For a proper diagnosis you need more that just a picture.

If the fish otherwise seems OK I would for now assume it's fish on fish violence. But that will sooner or later cause more problems as well, so you should definitely get it out there

Can you get a trap? Some LFS rent them. Otherwise order one tonight and that you get express delivery.

I am going to try and get a trap and see if I can get it out.
The fins look to be staying the same. I just find it odd that it only eats one food when i odder alot of variety.
