It might be aiptasia? Type of anemone. Comes as a hitchhiker and spreads quickly. Most guys kill them as a pest. Does it retract into a hole quickly if you go near it?

Do the things in the second picture move any? Are they soft or hard to the touch. If they're soft and don't move they're sponges, if they're hard and move around they're limpets I believe.

feather dusters can come as hitchhikers, you don't necessarily have to buy them. if it was a hitchhiker, it started out small and just grew till you finally noticed it.

in case you don't know this, the actual worm lives inside the tube. the "crown" is the feathery looking stuff you see at the end of the tube, this is what catches food. if you get near the crown (or if a fish swims too close), the crown will disappear into the tube. it's a defense mechanism.
