You've got the red planaria flatworms going on, and that snail could be as harmless (indeed, beneficial!) as a Nassarius, or as risky as a whelk ... it's not one I've seen before, and I don't know its feeding habits.

There is no way this fish was alive or at least very close to death for the snails to be able to detain it. They are not the cause of death but yet doing their job as a CUC.
