Just wondering what this brown stuff is on top of my chaeto...I'm gonna cut some of it out this weekend. I had trouble with cyano a few weeks ago...is it in my refugium now?

Your fuge looks pretty packed with Chaeto. Is it that dense down into the fuge? When mine starts to look like that I harvest some so it's easy to turn over in the sump. Turning it over every week will help keep it much healthier and growing faster so you can harvest more which removes more nitrate and phosphate.
