It looks like a worm with tentacles. Also what are all the things growing out of the sand bed?

First is spaghetti worms. Second should be the same, cleaner crew basically- you may want to syphon out your sand or add more flow

Is any of that bad for a tank? That's not in my existing tank but in a 150 gallon tank I am breaking down that I got from someone else. I used their live rock to start up my tank and I'd guess those worms would be on the rocks in the new tank...

yep spaghetti worm in pic 1and normal tube worms (if they have a feather like shape that comes out of them) or they are Spionid worms if you see 2 clearish tentacles sticking out of them on occasion.. I can't see the picture really well but I think its Spionid worms you are showing there in pic 2
All are totally harmless filter feeders and beneficial to a tank..
