What is this ?

In a long idle tank I restarted recently. I thought at first when seeing this start to grow a Red Macro, guess that is what it is? . But I have never seem nor had one pop up with the orange dots!!!!

What is this little guy?? Thanks

Maybe it’s normal green bubble algae covered with a red film algae. I’ve had that happen plenty of times. Coralline too.

We have a winner!
I have some in my tank right now, and it looks exactly like that. Even has the little dots that fluoresc(sp?) under actinics.
