Ouch. Why it would happen all of a sudden.? Any idea? The phosphate is 0.07. Also due to a dosing mistake the alk went from 9 to 12 in two weeks. Does it have anything to do with it?

Your alk is way too high, bring it down under 9.5 but do it SLOWLY.

1 dKH a day change is alright to bring it within range.

How did that get so high over such a long time?

Dosing mishap. I was away on an emergency trip and completely forgot about the dosing I had set it on.

Also check for any pests. That looks like it's laid out in a track, if that makes sense.
