Hey everyone...
I have about a dozen chalice corals which I've owned for a few years now but for some reason a few chalices have developed tissue spots and bleaching.
I cannot figure out what may be the cause as this only occurs with certain chalice corals, other chalice corals in my tank are absolutely fine and growing well.
I haven't changed my lighting (400w Radium), flow or anything and my parameters remain stable due to dosing.
I am really confused as to what is causing some chalices to bleach and/or develop these light spots while other chalices are doing great.
All I can guess right now is either: too much light, too much flow or some kind of bacterial infection.
Any input is greatly appreciated!
