What is wrong with my Watanabei Angel

What is wrong with my angelfish. I added her a week ago and don't know what these marks are from. Looks like a buldge from top to bottom on her right side. Looks like part of her tail is missing on the top. I suppose one of my shrimp could have grabbed her but unlikely.
She eats well and swims OK, but does hang around the cleaner shrimp, and neon goby for cleanings. I have no issues with the other fish, and it doesn't look right. Trying to catch and QT would be impossible. Please let me know if there is more I can be doing. JP

She was added a week ago, and it isn't red, but a duller off color.

Not looking good at all now. Side and tail fin look worse and she is not eating or swimming around like when first introduced. I expect to find her dead in the morning. Bummed because I've wanted one of these beauties for some time now.

And you didn't quarantine it? It looks like a bacterial infection or uronema to me. Both are avoidable.
