There is something wrong with my filament wrasse. The top of his head is really swollen. NO problem with either of his eyes though. I have seen no signs of any other symptoms on it or any of the other fish in the tank. I took alot of shots trying to get a good picture but this is the best I got. I have had the fish since August and has been very healthy. He is still eating and swimming normally. This fish went through quarantine as do all of my livestock. He was quarantined with a whip fin wrasse and a couple anthias and they are all fine. It was treated with prazipro and also lifeguard. Quarantined for a couple months.
It is in a 125 with glass top to prevent jumping. Water parameters are in check. have some hair algae in the center of my tank just under my t5's gonna have to cut back the light cycle some.
