What is your lighting schedule?

I have the Aquapod and it has 3 sets of light on it. I cant leave the moonlights on at night because they are too bright and keep me up. So this is what I was thinking
Blue 12pm-12am
White 3pm-10pm
MH 4pm-9pm

Anyone with suggestions?

I would say do pass 14 hrs of light overall. No more than 12 hrs of intense light . Moon lights are different. If they are not the true spectrum, intensity, and on a lunar cycle like natural moon light I would limit them.

The blue and white lights she is talking about (I believe) are the included moonlights Running them when the lights are off truly does nothing to simulate moonlights for the inhabitants, but I run them purely for aesthetic reasons. (It also doesn't hurt to run them either)

I would extend the amount of time that your mh's are on, however to 7-8 hours/day.
