What killed my puffer?

I'm not sure if Marycyn plus is just as toxic as copper is to puffers or not. I just know puffers are more sensitive to medications. Depending on what you were feeding the puffer, could have been a cause of the infection. When you introduce raw foods into the water, the risk of different types of bacterial infections will go up. That's why it's important to keep the water extra clean if you plan on carrying a meat eater.

On the fish. But when he got moved to the Qt tank they came off and never came back. I think it was just his slime coat being extra thick because he was in distress. the pictures at the bottom of the page show what he looked like when he died. (he didn't have any slime or white stuff on him then)
