Latz are probably the more rare that are actually somewhat available. mcC's will hopefully become available some day but as of right now they are unavailable just like omans.

Asking which is most rare is not a particularly interesting question because clownfishes are not typically rare in their environments. mccullochi are rare as are omanesis in the trade because of they are not collected, not becaus there aren't a lot of them in their own distribution.

edit: I just read what ireef posted while I was composing mine. The most rare clownfish are almost certainly the mis-bars and tank-forced hybrids such as the no stripe, piccaso, jigsaw etc. as they aren't in the wild so the only examples are in the trade which means there aren't that many.

The thing with Omanensis is that The sultan wont allow any collecting in the waters of the gulf of Oman..Thats why im thinking of dressing up as a girl, become his 64th wife..collect a pair and some broodstock of clowns, and then run like hell to the nearest U.S embassy..then fly over and become rich, LOL

what is rare ? in my opinion its just something hard to get.
