what kind of anemones do I have?

Let me start by saying I do NOT know much about the different types of anemones. I'd love to learn what I have so I can learn more about them"¦. I have two very different (looking) anemones - both were described as "œRose Bubble-Tip Anemones" The darker one on the left has long tentacles and I've never really seen the tips bubble up. The color is pretty consistent. There are some tinges of green and purple towards the base. The area around the mouth is a little pale. The foot is a yellowish brown. I've had it about a year. It seems healthy. It has spawned a couple times.
The lighter one on the right is new "“ a couple days. As you can see (even in my lousy pic) it is MUCH different. In just the few days I've had it, the tips have bubbled up. It is obvious MUCH lighter in color. It's mostly white with hot pink tentacle tips. Are either of these RBTAs? Are they both?

Both RBTAs. The right one is bleached.

They both appear to be RBTAs. Like Randy stated, the one to the right is bleached and needs some TLC. Small feedings daily. And by saying it has "spawned" what do you mean by that? Did it attempt to reproduce sexually or did it reproduce asexually (split)?

Split- asexually. I had one, it divided. Then those two each divided. The bleached one came from a tank running LEDs. I'm building LEDs. Here's hoping I don't bleach out my men's after the switch...

Well you have some good water quality if they are just splittin' right along Might I ask what kind of LEDs will you be using in your build? Also, quick question... What lighting are they currently under now?

They're under a cheap-o coralife twin 150W HQIs with a CF actinics. Bulbs are old. Just don't want to spend to replace them. Cash is all into the LEDs.

The original I brought home was on its way to splitting. Did so in a day. Those two then each split about 6 months later. They split within a week of each other. The tank they came from had them splitting consistently twice a year so I assumed they were continuing on their schedule. Nothing that I observed stressed them into survival-splitting as far as I could tell.

Definitely both are Red Quadricolors. In many situations, an anemone will split when water conditions are poor.
