what kind of fish is this??????????

i bought this fish today they said it was a singapore angel but it looks nothing like the pictures i have found. they said the other fish i got was a yellow angel and he turned out to be a dash dot butterfly. can someone identify him?

Hard to tell through the bags, and some are pretty blurry, but it kind of looks like a panda butterfly

It looks like a singapore/vermiculated (multiple common names) to me, Chaetodontoplus mesoleucus

max length 6.7 inch,western pacific, minimum tank 55 gallon,feed frozen preps containing spirulina algae as well as mysid shrimp or fresh or frozen shrimp, feed 3 times a day, will browse on filament algae and diatoms. pose a moderate risk to LPS and soft coral polyps and zoanthids loves macro algeas . sometimes hard to get to feed and will die.

That beak looks like it will love to bite big chunks of expensive corals. Sounds like you got a couple of coral munchers that should go back to the store.
I guess if you were going for an angel in the first place you would probably end up watching it eat your corals anyway so if you like to looks of it then keep it but don't invest in any high dollar corals you don't want to lose.

In my opinion the Dot-Dash butterfly is a Spotbanded or Puncato Betterfly (Chaetodon Punctatofasciatus ) I am refering to Scott Michael's Marine fishes guide. The Dot Dash stripes are more Horizontal where yours appear Vertical. I don't have any info on your other fish yet. HTH
