What kind of lights for nems?

What's the best kind of lighting to have for an anemone? Do I have to have MH or would T5's or LEDs be OK? LOL, our GSM is ticking off my fiance (BAD) and hes so mad at her, hes about to flush her, so I said I would put her in my nano. I know they don't NEED nems to survive, but when she didnt have one in the big tank, she looked so lost, so I'll feel bad if I don't get one for her.

From what I've read, you can use T5's and LED combinations or T5's alone as long as there is enough in the right spectrums. I don't know enough about LED fixtures and I find the information confusing on them but it seems many reefers are using LED's on SPS tanks with beautiful results. I know they do need a strong amount of light. Cost wise without worries about the heat, I would go T5 and supplment with LED - it has a neat effect.

Thanks! Yeah, LEDs kinda confuse me too... I was hoping to stay away, especially the DIY stuff. I found a nice T5's fixture for my tank pretty cheap, so I guess I'll go with that for now! Thanks again!
