What kind of starfish?

Found this while I was cleaning out some chaeto from my refugium.

What kind of starfish is it and will it eat my corals?

It's a brittle star. It will never eat your corals. It may hide under them but it will not do damage. They are awesome janitors! They will clean up uneaten food. Some of mine like to live under my corals because I target feed the corals and it makes an easy meal for the brittlestar. When mine smell food they start waving their arms around looking for a snack.
They are fun to watch. Enjoy!

If its a hitchhiker more than likely its a microbrittle, harmless and good scavengers.
