What kind of worm is this

Thin white and long wrapped around rock and Xenia

Better shots. Seems to be coming from a tube and short read tipped thing too.. Any idea?

Spaghetti. Harmless enough, though they sometimes irritate zoas by feelering over them. The xenia seems fine, so just leave the worm in. It'll eat gunk and be useful
