It's a type of "Fairy Wrasse".

If its underbody is a blueish tone, then im pretty sure it is a female C. Solorenisis Fairy Wrasse. I have one that looks alot like yours. I could be wrong though. It's hard to tell with those pics.

I'd say C. cyanopleura (blue sided fairy wrasse) also.
