I posted about adding a mantis shrimp to my tank awhile back (1-2 months ago maybe?) and due to some recent unfortunate events I now have a fishless reef! (lost my midas blenny to a protein skimmer malfunction =( ) So now I feel like I have my chance to get something cool for the tank, either a mantis shrimp, a frogfish, or a dwarf eel! Now I can guess what everyone hear is going to tell me to get... and as of now I am leaning towards mantis shrimp too. The thing is, what mantis is the right mantis for me?

4 blue leg hermits
5 astrea snails
1 turbo snail
1 porcellain crab
OK, so I get great comical enjoyment out of my hermits so perferably something that wont eat those. My blood shrimp is a favourite of everyone including me so preferably a shrimp friendly mantis (lol I doubt that exists...). The porc crab is cool and i want to keep him. The snails while they are neat and keep the tank clean would be considered expendable.
From what I've researched it seems my best bet would probably be P. ciliata and I like them too but I kind of like the variable interesting colours of the smashers so I was thinking maybe an N. Wennerae or a G. Smithii (from what I've read they seem on average to be rather peaceful). Anyways any advice and/or comments would be appreciated.
Oh yes and it is a mainly LPS with some softies reef!
