What mesh for mugs or clay pots? To keep the nems in

Nvm I found a kids beach toy set at Walmart. Was packaged in mesh. Are you guys putting small rocks in the cups/pots?

I'm not sure of the mesh you are talking about, but there are a lot of us that use eggcrate to separate the powerheads and heater from the anemone in a hospital tank while undergoing treatment. This reduces the chance of it getting chewed up in the powerhead.

The coffee mug is to give the anemone something to hold on to.

I'd have to say that they are trying to keep the nem in the jar...maybe to sell it. I'm not for certain on that. Did you ask the owner of the picture why they are using the netting?

Ah, yeah! I didn't think of that! Doh! I kept a BTA in a cage for about a year (a square I made with zip ties and light diffuser, with a piece of live rock inside to keep it planted) before I gave it to a friend, to keep it from wandering around. I didn't want it, yet, had a hard time letting it go... Butchhe, you may be right!
